If I could attend conferences for a living, I would. One might say I am a PD junkie, I can never get enough! I also love traveling, meeting new people and hanging out in warm climates (winter just isn't my season)! I have served on the WEMTA Board for the past 7 years. It has been a rewarding, professional experience that I would highly recommend. In addition, I have had the privilege of serving as an AASL Affiliate representative for WEMTA for the past 3 years. It has made me see the importance of national organizations and what they can provide us as professionals.
